After the removal of Occupy Wall street protesters from New York Freedom square by dictator-mayor Bloomberg you would think that he would let a peaceful march this Thursday on Wall street to take place but you would be wrong.
Again Dictator Mayor Bloomberg used all the tools of a dictator namely;
---First and above all the Blocking Freedom of Expression
---Preventing Free Press to access Wall street
--Using a police force well known for its Brutality the New York police force to arrest again countless of peaceful demonstrators.
Dictator-Mayor Bloomberg is smothering peaceful freedom of expression to protect an oligarchy: The richest 1% Americans.
The USA under President Bush the younger has shifted from a Democracy to an oligarchy were the very rich dictates the policy of the country and Obama who was to be the savior has shown to be an useless, spineless, inadequate president
At a time when the USA has praised and continues to praise and offer assistance to militants occupying squares in their fight for Democracy in the Middle East, elected officials in the USA are cracking down and beating US citizens occupying squares in their fight for Democracy.
It is more than an ultimate irony it is an ultimate disgrace. Under false pretexts of alleged unsanitary conditions caused by occupy protesters Mayor Bloomberg the quintessential dictator has used force to remove very peaceful US citizens who were using their sacred right of expression. He could have made a peaceful agreement, (provided portable toilets and helped clean and then allowed the protesters back.
In Arab countries such as Libya the USA used American forces against Dictator Kaddafi in favor of Democratic forces.
In the USA American forces are used to remove militants striving for Democracy to protect Mayor Bloomberg and his friends on Wall Street.
At least now the real personality of New York Mayor Bloomberg is coming to the surface. Mayor Bloomberg does not want to follow one of the first and most important Amendments to the US Constitution" Freedom of expression" which is Freedom of protest when protesters are peaceful."
How do we know that Mayor Bloomberg acts like a dictator? We know that because he sent the police force to arrest protesters in the dark of the night around 2AM. That is exactly what Tunisian Dictator Ben Ali and Egyptian Dictator Mubarak did. They sent their police forces in the dark of the night to forcefully evacuate their protesters. That is exactly what Mayor Bloomberg did to Peaceful American protesters. If we still have a doubt that mayor Bloomberg is a dictator after what happened this morning our doubts should be gone.
A JUDGE issued a restraining order AGAINST the Bloomberg New York police which Bloomberg completely ignored then he ordered police to forcefully remove Occupy Wall Street protesters after they reentered the Park following the restraining order which should have protected them and)their freedom of expression from an assault by the Police. If ignoring a restraining order against his own forces and in favor of freedom of expression is not the act of a dictator then what is?
Another very shocking legal issue is the GRAVE CONFLICT OF INTEREST between VERY WEALTHY Wall Street investor and stock owner Bloomberg who is a famous figure of Wall street and a member of the very rich 1% of Americans and HIS FUNCTION AS A MAYOR.
Even if he denies the conflict of interest his denial is not credible. Bloomberg a Wall Street hero who was at the core of the Wall Street world should not have a conflict of interest with Bloomberg the Mayor, but he has a huge one.
In addition he had a law passed removing the term limit for the office of Mayor of New York ( HIMSELF) so that he could be like other dictators around the world and present himself for continuing terms in the same fashion tyrants in dictatorships rule for decades.
We are very far from the ethical standards set by President George Washington. Although President Washington was authorized at this time by the law of the land to continue to be President a third term he declined to continue as President in order not to look like a dictator and to respect the spirit of Democracy.
The hearing on Tuesday 11/15/2011 decided that Bloomberg must not remove Occupy Wall street protesters from Freedom square as long as they did not camp at night.

Bloomberg has proven that under the false front of endorsing Democratic values he is a true dictator. In the country that gave birth to modern Democracy Dictator Mayor Bloomberg, one of the most famous Wall Street insiders, has demonstrated that his Wall Street persona tramples and smothers Democracy.

THE SMART LITTLE FACTORY

Creating New Jobs.

It is a concept I have been harboring for a few years and this article :

by Steve Denning in Forbes on line magazine is giving me the oportunity to describe it.
The concept is so simple that only Business managers with a very narrow mind could not think of it.
Large industrial conglomerates in any of their high tech field of manufacturing should build when feasible a little sister pilot factory AKA the Smart Little Factory.
Even smaller groups that are now on the brink of disaster such as Dell and Hewlet Packard would be in a better shape if they had implemented the concept of : " The Smart Little factory"
As you already guessed it is very simple but it is more a state of mind or a principle than a blind cost cutting cave age management behavior.
It is easier to describe it through an example:
Your company is making computers and instead of shipping 100% of the production abroad for cost efficiency you keep 10% or 20% of the manufacturing in the USA, if you are making millions of computers the overall price per computer will not be affected in a noticeable fashion.

I never understood why this simple solution has not been implemented yet! It will please every kind of management. All big Companies have or had many factories. Solution: Each big company KEEPS ONE manufacturing plant in the USA: a small size plant that is versatile and will manufacture 10% of the total output of a specific product. Its work force all living and working in the USA will be the cream of the cream lead by an open minded management. In this fashion everybody is happy; the cost cutters who keep 90% of the production in low cost countries and the innovators have an excellent team of workers with innovative minds. The most important thing is to keep innovation going in the USA through manufacturing because the manufacturing process with the workers and supervisors is linked so much to software development that separating them is neutering innovation.

Today the achievements mentioned in the article such as poles of innovations in selected cities are obviously more a spark than a roaring fire but they show that there is a very successful ongoing process that can be replicated. However changing the mindset of 99% of large companies business managers is a tall order. Anyway we all know thanks ironically to an old Chines proverb publicized by the ante-Christ of capitalism: Mao Tse Tung that: "A journey of a thousand miles begins with one small step"

Although the examples in the article are not yet implementing my favorite solution they are going in the right direction and we will know we reached our goal of " America the Innovative again" when big companies will say" I am outsourcing most of my production to a manufacturing plant in Vietnam that will produce 1 million units a year but at the same time I am opening a plant in the USA with a capacity to manufacture 100 000 thousand units complete with a research center and a crack team of very motivated workers".
Think how great this important step will be and how many more jobs it will create.This mindset must become standard among American CEOs.
Even if the company is not high-tech it could be implemented in many cases.
More jobs in the USA implies less unemployment
More jobs in the USA means less cost for the government in unemployment benefit!
More innovation in the USA more success in the markets!
Innovation can be like a flood, if enough pockets of innovation are created then the innovation mindset overflows the country!
More revenue per companies mean US companies will be more successful!
Federal government will be able to lower taxes on companies and still get more money!
American conglomerates will be able again to say without lying that they are American companies!
American conglomerate will be able to claim that they are socially responsible.
Government monetary incentive in innovation will again be very successful!
It is important to understand that the President of the USA must be supporting innovation!
If the tea party semiliterate candidates who are so much against innovation and live in the twelve century lead the nation as it is the case now it will be catastrophic!
In order to be fair I must mention that companies like IBM and GE are trying to be socially responsible. In addition the fact that they are very successful guarantees jobs and I believe their success is due to their excellent CEO Samuel Palmisano for IBM and Jeff Immelt for GE, Andrew Liveris for Dow Chemical.

SHOOTING FOR THE MOON

In the first part of this article I will describe an event I was lucky to attend and in the second part I will discuss the amazing lessons I gained from my experience and that can be applied to all of us. You will then see that in our everyday lives we can apply and benefit from the wisdom of FDR‘s famous quote, "The Only Thing we Have To Fear is Fear Itself."
A few days ago I went to a screening at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, yes the same academy that rewards actors and directors with Oscars. This particular event focused on a series of short movies, most of them from one minute to three minutes and most of them dating from 1897 to 1910, and yes that is more than a century ago.
The main movie was the first showing in the USA of a restored colorized version of “Trip to the Moon” by George Melies. It was produced in 1902, was a very long movie for the time, lasting 15 minutes, and it was a huge success at the time. Another noticeable movie was a wonderful poetic cartoon called the, "Joy of Living” by Hector Hoppin and Anthony Gross, the only movie in this program released at a later date in 1934.
Other short movies shown were shot in Stereoscopic 3 D as early as 1903 and they were stunning. Their 3 D technique was remarkable. (We wore the same glasses you would wear today for a modern 3D movies.) I could hardly believe my eyes as I watched these films of great quality when I read they were made in 1903.
Most movies were by George Melies or Pathe a French production company. It was a befitting tribute to the early French movie industry which starting with the cinematographers “Les Frères Lumieres” set France as the Godmother of Cinema.
When I left the theater not only was I pleased by these great short movies, but more importantly I was inspired to raise the bar in my quest for a better life. I hope that you will see as I saw that not only for me but for all of us there is always room, "To Shoot for the Moon."
People such as Georges Melies were not only good at shooting movies; they invented Movie making from scratch. Melies is credited for having invented most of the special effects leading to what we see today in our movies. His extremely wide range of inventions is breathtaking.
Hector Hoppin and Anthony Gross invented poetic animation. We could show their movie today and nobody would guess that the movie was shot almost a century ago.
None of them were satisfied with the equipment that was available to them so they improved on it. Melies build new motion picture cameras and also what today is known as a sound stage. He made it like a greenhouse so that he had all the light from outside without the rain or wind.
What I would like to emphasize is that Melies and his colleagues Lived Their Lives in an energized state of perpetual creation moving forward and overcoming one challenge after another. This state of mind is the only one that leads to constant creation, amazing inventions and fascinating success.
To underline the fact that Georges Melies and his colleagues overcame impossible odds to achieve success we had a similar story unveiling in parallel regarding the restoration or shall we say the Resurrection of “A Trip to the Moon.”
Serge Bromberg who presented these important short films from the early days of cinema dedicated his life to rescuing as many as he could of these old treasures of the movie industry as he could.
Some might say that no one with a sound mind would spend thousands of hours and hundreds of thousands of dollars to rescue movies that last a few minutes. Serge does it with passion. He not only works against all odds toward his goals, he convinces sponsors to invest in these seemingly impossible challenges and makes a living restoring very old movies that are part of our cultural history.
The most interesting story is about the colorized version of “A Trip to the Moon."
No copy of a colorized version of " A Trip to the Moon " seemed to exist, but Serge Bromberg met a Director of Cataluña Film Archives (in Barcelona, Spain) who told him that he had the only colorized version of a Trip to the Moon but that the state of decomposition was so advanced that it was impossible to restore. The reel had turned into a solid piece of hardened lumber similar to a wheel that resembled the slice of a tree trunk. It looked like it was absolutely impossible to peel off any frames to work with it.
Chemistry came to the rescue and they decided against all common sense to melt the reel with chemicals, a process that took a year and a half. In short the protagonists were like hunters armed with regular digital cameras waiting in ambush for an elusive prey. As soon as a couple of frames melted the hunters could briefly see new visible frames behind what had been revealed previously. The hunters immediately shot these frames before they melted. In the process the hunters shot millions of frames and were very happy with their pictures, but it took another 8 years to create the technique and adapt programs that will be able assemble these millions of frames in a logical order. The Technicolor Foundation in the USA was instrumental in finalizing this important last step
Against all odds not letting the fear of failure hamper him, being very straight forward with sponsors, telling them that the odds for success were minimal, Serge was able to achieve a resurrection unequaled in the History of Cinema. The sponsors, GAN Foundation for Cinema in France and the Technicolor Foundation in the USA were the bold sponsors that made success possible.
What I wanted to show with a true story is that almost all “impossible” challenges can be met and as President Franklin Delano Roosevelt said, “The Only Thing We Have to Fear Is Fear itself.”
Today with the digital age we are entering an era that again gives room for you and me to be relentless creators and inventors as inexpensive quality digital motion pictures cameras are available and media such as Youtube and Facebook allow you to show your work to millions of viewers. It is not only movie making that has become more accessible and affordable, publishing EBooks too costs almost nothing as well. A good story or a good script can be published at minimal cost and then sold on Amazon at no cost.
All it takes today to be successful in the field of creation is to be as inspired and possessed by the genie of creativity and as fearless as Georges Melies and his brothers in invention were a century ago.

CHRISTMAS GIFT FOR PRESIDENT OBAMA: THE GRAFT OF A TITANIUM SPINE
President Obama New Presidential Leadership program. An interview by Eric Lafayette.

Good news: President Obama recently took me aside and he told me in confidence that he made the decision to completely change the way he is governing the USA.
Here are the changes he is going to make.

FIRST: ADDRESSING THE ECONOMIC CRISIS.
Problem:
President Obama will replace Secretary of the Treasury Franz Geithner. Mr. Geithner is a very honest man but his economic theories are not suited to to the state of the United States economy today. Unfortunately the US economy is based almost exclusively on consumer spending, and our approach to changes in the global economy especially regarding China are inadequate. Mr. Geithner constant reprimands of China about its economic policies has alienated China our main creditor. China holds the greatest chunk of US debt at a time when we need the best relationship possible with our most powerful creditor.

Our country has shifted from a country based on manufacturing an obsolete visionstill hold true in error by the Republicans into a country which economy is based on consumer spending, hence the remedies are unique to our era and to our country.

Solution: Change the Team

President Obama will replace Mr. Geithner with Paul Krugman 2008 Nobel Prize winner in Economics. Paul Krugman is also an op-ed columnist at the New York Times admired and well known for his remarkable columns).
President Obama will add as his personal economic advisor Mr. Peter Diamonds the 2010 Nobel Prize winner in Economics his personal advisor. Our President will have a team that understands that unfortunately the USA is no longer a nation of manufacturers but is instead a nation of consumers.
The American People will be reassured when they will see that they have THREE Nobel prize winners reunited in the Oval office actively working on innovative economic strategies: President Obama, Paul Krugman and Peter Diamonds. This team represents a remarkable brain trust even more so when compared with the same reunion in the oval office during President Bush tenure when his team including him was made of three lightweights who lacked this kind of brain power.

For the long term:
After digging the American economy out of the abyss created by George Bush and his incompetent advisers the new team faces an extremely difficult task which will be to reset the USA as a manufacturer in new technologies such as Nano-technology, solar and other alternative energy, virtual entities etc. We must keep in mind that the USA went from number ONE in innovation in the seventies to number SEVEN after President Bush’s Presidency.

For the short term:
The USA must begin in earnest and on a large scale the task of rebuilding the US infrastructure including roads, bridges, electric grid, etc. This will be accomplished with public safety and economy in mind. In addition, fostering energy efficiency with appropriate insulation and the installation of solar panels on EACH AND EVERY American homes, condominiums and apartments is a no-brainer. This plan would help solve the dreadful disease of unemployment, save energy and reduce pollution. Giving tax credit for Insulation and solar panel is an absolute must all over the country.
I am of the school that a modern and rich nation should provide jobs to each and every one of its citizens and that only an unemployment rate of about 4% is acceptable because in fact it reflects a state of full employment, the unemployed being workers between two jobs on very short transitions.

In fact beside human being gathering together in the form of a nation to defend themselves against an external enemy the other most important reason to form a nation is to provide Food and shelter we call that employment today for the totality of its citizens.

Funding;
Tax the rich people who are not spending their money in ways that will revive the economy. In addition use a percentage of the increase in gasoline tax. The good thing about raising by 20% the gasoline tax is that if done in concert by many nations it will diminish the consumption of Gasoline and other fuel thus cutting on the demand for oil and the market will react by lowering the price of the Barrel of Oil and thus the increase in taxes will be almost totally offset by the reduction in price of the Barrel of oil.

In addition President Obama will be bold and create and implement a new tax on consumption which will be a 5% to 10% sale tax on non expensive necessary items such as stereo, TV, and all products with the exception of food and basic clothing. On Jewels and expensive cars like Ferraris the tax will rise to 20%. Most of these luxury items are imported anyway and this tax will improve our dreadful trade balance deficit.

Once for all I want to be crystal clear; I am profoundly and totally against taxing companies and entrepreneurs that keep their profits in the USA creates jobs and exports products. The taxes on companies should be reduced to Zero but not the tax on the share holders.

SECOND: LONG TERM DEVELOPMENT, EDUCATION, RESEARCH

Problem: the future of the USA will be defined mainly by Education and Research

The level of Education in the USA the richest country in the world is appalling due to the constant cuts in education budgets enforced by the Republicans who need an illiterate and uninformed crowd to gobble the lies and the nonsense their leaders are preaching to them. The only exception was “No child left behind” a gift from George Bush to his wife Laura once a Democrat and former teacher who understood much better than he did how much education and literacy was important. However the funding and guidelines were inadequate.

The USA ranks 18th out of 36 among rich developed countries for the percentage of students earning and receiving high school diplomas. This statistic is a strong warning that shows the general inadequacy of the education system. In all other benchmarks on student qualifications the USA ranks at the bottom of comparable nations when it was once at the top.

A compounding factor was made evident in Texas when George Bush was Governor and where he failed as he would eventually fail to improve education as President, his record as a President is only a record of many failures. More and more students are dropping out of high school which of course in turn means that fewer students will attend colleges, universities or advanced technical training schools. Instead of facing the reality of the situation which was the emergence in Texas and across the country of students born to parents speaking broken English and not fluent in American culture George Bush did not understand it. This gap in language and culture should have INTENSIVE culture, language, and reading catch up courses, President Bush implemented a program with a system based on one size fit all. Not only is education and training essential to any thriving democratic economy, access to education has been the tool used by immigrants and the poor to improve their economic situation, become innovators and productive workers.

Solution
Redefine educational guidelines that will be focused on literacy and that will foster thanks to major help in reading, culture, language skills that students ENTERING high school will be on a level playing field and will not drop out.

In addition a project dear to me that the President as well as the Governor of the State of California then all Governors should implement is extending all two years colleges into four year colleges with the ability to award FOUR YEARS Bachelors Degrees which are the door to good income. This will require additional spending for education but it will offer to ALL Americans the higher level of education available to citizens of all rich Europeans countries. This affordable path to higher education will in turn produce more scientists, engineers, computer wizards who will lift the entire nation. The President will certainly make its improvements in education even more than a top priority: A SACRED MISSION TO RESTORE THE AMERICAN DREAM for everyone and not just for a few. I cannot emphasize enough the importance of this part of the President’s change to current programs enough.

Funding: 30% of the gasoline tax plus an additional 30% tax on hard liquors plus a new 20% tax on wine and beer. These are what I call the sin taxes on pollution and drunkenness.

THIRD: WAR AND DEFENSE

Problem: Digging the USA out of two wars started and lost by President George W. Bush.

This is the most painful and difficult segment of the Presidency when President Obama must engage in forceful and strong leadership despite his pacifist feelings.

George W. Bush, a dangerous and ineffective US President, immersed the country ( who was thanks to President Clinton on a glorious path) in two wars and led the country into a costly and abominable downward spiral.

He initiated two wars, Iraq and Afghanistan and lost both of them. Only because his father’s circle of influential friends who forced him to discard the incompetent war mongers such as Donald Rumsfeld forced him to change course. he then surrounded himself with competent military leaders and the situation improved. The new team that was imposed on him, namely Secretary of State Robert Gates and General Petraeus was able to reverse the horrible situation and at least this new team began to stabilize the situation.

Even though in my heart the solution should be to “Get out of Iraq and Afghanistan as soon as possible no matter what!” the wisdom of Albert Einstein tells us that, “The World is a dangerous place, not because of the people who are evil but because of the people who don't do anything about it.”

As a student of history who has studied and examined the cowardice of the French and English democracies who accepted Hitler’s bullying before their entry in World War II I am a firm believer that one should not let aggressive predators gain strength and momentum.

In addition I am in awe of the extreme intelligence and strategic wisdom of Robert Gates and General Petreaus.

Two quick examples: Robert Gates immediately saw that unmanned vehicles that already existed but were left on the back burner by his profoundly incompetent predecessor Donald Rumsfeld and were extremely important tools for warfare for modern countries like the US. He pushed for more manufacturing and deployment of these vehicles, mostly drone planes although there are some wheeled vehicles now in the pipeline.

General Petreaus wrote the book about modern warfare when faced with terrorist insurgencies. In short his solution is to continually minimize civilian casualties and make the civilians your friends and therefore make the terrorists enemies of the local civilian population. General Petreaus also implemented bringing fear to this abominably cruel enemy by launching night raids to kill armed terrorists. General Petraeus is using American superiority made possible by night vision goggles and drones

Solution:
When the President listened to my arguments he rallied to my thoughts admitting that many of these ideas were already in his mind.

With this in mind let Robert Gates and General Petraeus conduct the war as they believe it should be conducted and replace President Obama’s personal adviser on the war Thomas Donilon. His recent appointment was a horrible mistake that President Obama I hope realized soon after.

President Obama was kind enough to listen to one of my urgent message which is:

Be confident about the war in Afghanistan, it is in good hands and will finish well as long as President Karzai is kept in check, but beware of the situation in Iraq where the civilian democracy is falling apart. Get involved and above all prepare a plan B which will be the partition of Iraq into three states linked by a loose Confederation.

He told me that above all as a commander in chief he will make more visits to Iraq and Afghanistan to be with the soldiers who put their lives in the line of fire and that he will spend much more time with them and he added:

“After securing the vital interest of our beloved country the USA my main obsession is to avoid as much as I can the deaths and injuries of our beloved soldiers. I will implement a program similar but even more generous than the post World War II GI Bill and offer free university tuition to children of soldiers who died or suffered permanent injuries in defense of the USA, as well as very generous low cost tuition to all soldiers who served in battle.

Bottom line:
Had President Bush not initiated and lost two wars, the USA would have saved billions of dollars that are absolutely needed today and spared the lives of those I call the best Americans: our men and women in uniforms.

Action:
Let exceptionally competent people like Secretary of Defense Robert Gates and General Petreaus conduct the war as they feel it should be conducted.

Push the philosophy of modern warfare against terrorists and insurgents further by not only trying to destroy the insurgency but instead by constantly trying to disrupt and discredit it. Remove huge numbers of troops on military bases and instead use drone planes, remote controlled mini tanks and special force commandos to infiltrate in silence and darkness creating fear and destroying small groups of terrorists where they are. Also use the most important tool of warfare, bait and deception, to destroy greater numbers of the enemy during each engagement.

In short, fewer soldiers, more drones and more remote control vehicles, but more importantly instill constant fear in the ranks of the terrorists by quick disruptives attack and begin to use bait and deception to maximize enemy losses .

Funding:
Cut the Army budget by half, fire 80% of the incompetent brass, cut the troop levels overall but make most of the troops we have in the field an elite commando corp. Use more unmanned vehicle thus less troops Most of these steps have already been initiated by Robert Gates and General Petreaus.

HEALTH CARE AND ENTITLEMENTS

Problem: The USA has the worst healthcare system among rich, developed nations.

How can a family without healthcare hope to have their children in a healthy enough state to be able to go to school and study hard?

They can’t because of our decrepit health care system

Today the USA has 50 million uninsured Americans and the number of uninsured citizens grows each year.
Life expectancy in the USA is lower that in most developed European nations. This statistic among many other shows a poor level of health care. In addition the cost of our healthcare is double the cost of most European nations: such as France and Germany whose cost is around $3000 per capita when the USA’s cost is around $6000 per capita for much lower quality in care.

Solution: Implement a true and meaningful public option.

Dedicated doctors whose motivation is not greed will able to offer their services at affordable prices, and consumers will be able to buy drugs from modern European countries who have a great health care system and through constant bargaining with the drug industry giant have lowered drug prices.
Entitlements such as Medicare will be maintained at similar levels

Funding: A higher tax on capital gains, a portion of the gas tax and a portion of the new consumer taxes.

FIFTH ACTION: LANDING ON THE MOON.

Problem
The USA is loosing its aura of invincibility and dominance and is being looked down on by many if not most of the world.

The USA is not a rock star or a giant as it was as recently as during the Clinton Presidency.

This perception of weakness is detrimental to the USA on all fronts.

Solution: FIX IT ALL BY LANDING ON THE MOON AGAIN
Landing on the moon was a feat that only a mega-power like the USA could achieve more than 40 years ago July 20, 1969.

Landing on the moon again will frame the USA as a giant again, and it will make people now under the Islamic Fundamentalist yoke think about the strength of a democracy that interacts with a celestial object that controls their calendars. In addition such a show of strength and demonstration of cutting edge science will send a message to ambitious and aggressive countries such as China and Russia. The message is: The USA is still the leader in scientific exploration and a Gentle giant way ahead of you.

It will also be a giant advertisement for American products no competitor can yet match.

Letting China which is working hard at landing on the moon lands before the US returns is pure folly
Funding: Already funded but on a wrong direction plus money from the Department of Defense.

This wonderful program that could rebuild the USA will be made possible only if President Obama makes the following pledge.

President Obama should decide to undergo one Surgery of vital importance.

THE DANGER WILL COME FROM IRAQ NOT FROM AFGHANISTAN.

Mr. President
I have the unfortunate mission to tell you that you have made another mistake:
You seem to be satisfied and proud that the US will stop conducting combat missions in Iraq and that we are on a path to reduce significantly our presence in Iraq.
You should not be satisfied. Iraq is still a powder keg.
It is a powder keg in part because the Iraqi government has not been able to function since the last elections as they were not able to form a coalition majority, what is left is an assembly that was able to conduct the business of the Iraqi people for less than 20 minutes during the last 6 months, a world record of inefficiency. In addition Iran is ready to wreck havoc as soon as the American troops show weakness
I am more worried about Iraq than I am worried about Afghanistan. Afghanistan is on the road to recovery because it is a much simpler problem to solve and because the right approach has been designed by the Petreaus school of military philosophy. If the President has the willpower to stay the course the progress is going to be impressive.

Iraq has many big cities where multiple bombs can create horrifying carnage.
If the Americans do not retain their ability to conduct combat missions, the whole Iraqi country will crumble into chaos again and all the successes gained after the abominably incompetent and dangerous Donald Rumsfeld, Dick Cheney and Bush Junior were evicted from the chain of command are going to be lost.
There has been almost no American combat casualties in Iraq for the last twelve months. It is in my personal opinion one of the best benchmarks in defining the success of any American operation anywhere.
The Iraqi people themselves are afraid by the void that the withdrawal of the American soldiers will create knowing full well that their nation will return to Chaos with Iran flaming the fire of terrorism in Iraq.
Mister President please keep the actual combat latitude the American soldiers have in Iraq. It is your only way to Win the Iraq war ( winning means a relatively stable Iraq with less that 12 bomb attacks per year and less than 120 Iraqi civilians killed per year. -Extremely difficult to achieve-)
Hopefully the Iraqi people will ask you to give back the ability for the US soldiers to continue to assist Iraqi soldiers in Combat even if helping only with air support, artillery, intelligence and mission organization.

Dear President Obama

Was General McChristal dismissing a crucial error.

In short: General McChristal and his aides were making fun of some people working in Foreign Affairs for the United States, and President Obama dismissed him because of his comments.

It should have been the other way around:
Dismiss Secretary of State Clinton and her protégés and keep General McChristal and his aides.

President Obama, you said that you were a great admirer of President Abraham Lincoln but I can assure you that you are not even close to measure to his standards of Leadership.
Here is what President Lincoln said when it was reported to him ( second hand reporting) that General Grant has been spotted drunk between two campaigns:"Tell me what brand of whiskey that Grant drinks. I would like to send a barrel of it to my other generals" and then "I can't spare this man he fights"
These two quotations allow me to be certain that Abraham Lincoln would never had dismissed General Mc Christal guilty of a much lesser offense that Grant reported offense.

Politics have always destroyed good teams and lost wars.

Clinton protégés such as Holbrook are as incompetent as she is and what President Obama should have done is hear the message delivered by General McChristal and his aides, "Please deliver us from the interference of so many incompetent people and fire discreetly Special Envoy Holbrook, Ambassador Eikenberry and Secretary of State Clinton."

His gigantic error in the first place was to appoint Secretary of State Clinton who has been a catastrophe on all fronts in foreign affairs including China a relatively easy task where she is implementing the wrong strategy.

I wish he had nominated former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright instead, a very brilliant extremely educated mind.

From that previous error came the appointment by Clinton of Holbrook and Eikenberry who have not even the slightest idea about the special kind of warfare needed in Iraq and Afghanistan as well as being complete strangers to the mindset of Afghan tribal leaders and Pakistan‘s complex tribal-modern society.
These American officials cut their teeth in different mission in Europe not in the middle east. In addition they do not have a clue about how to support the men and women in uniform from private to general who are faced with a daunting task in this counter insurgency war made up of intelligence and special forces raids that require enormous risks.

Mr. President your personal adviser Mr. James Jones is no catch either. He was a fine Marine Corps commander, but that is the extent of his ability. He cannot handle any job that asks for great intelligence, innovation or profound brain power. Almost Each time he had to make a decision involving the use of his IQ and the fortitude to implement the decision, criteria a leader is judged by, he failed.

Most of the pundits are saying that in order to show that you are a strong President you had to take a stand and fire McChristal to prove your leadership.

By firing General McChristal Mr. President you showed the opposite. You showed that you are afraid to be perceived as a weak leader which evidently makes you a weak leader.
Faced with a choice between making the correct decision for the nation, which was keeping General McChristal and firing Clinton protégés Mr. President you fired General McChristal thus making the wrong decision for the nation but the safe decision for you. (In my opinion this is quite pathetic.)

Some pundits brought up a seemingly valid argument.

President Obama fired General McChristal because President Obama wanted to reassert the absolute dogma of military power being subordinate to civilian power and that is a rule I support fully.

However General McChristal was not criticizing President Obama but Secretary of State Clinton’s incompetent protégés such as Holbrook. The authority of the President our elected civilian representative was not questioned thus the argument falls flat.
Let' be fair to Holbrook: He is incompetent in the Middle east but could be competent and was competent in Europe but the two theaters of operations are extremely different and it is Clinton error to have hired him specifically for a mission in the Middle east

In addition Vice President Biden was mocked but in the same funny way he has been mocked by everybody in Washington for his tendency to make exagerated comments or gaffes. McChristal aides called him Vice President Biteme. It is funny and appropriate.

More importantly Mr President, you had a Dream team:

Secretary of Defense Robert Gates, the very experienced enormously intelligent, politically savvy man who has a little bit of a lack of combat experience because he comes from the civilian side.
General Petreaus who has all the military knowledge in the world, invented modern counter insurgency strategies and tactics, but who cannot run and climb hills under the scorching heat anymore and thus cannot be a warrior on the ground a must if you want to stimulate soldiers in combat.
General McChristal, a disciple of Petreaus, showed that he understands better than anybody modern counter insurgency. If needed he could show the bravery and physical stamina to go under intense heat day after day behind enemy lines if needed and fight hand to hand combat. Of all generals in the US army he has been by far in more combat that any other.

Mr. President you broke the best military team the USA ever had.
Your team was much better that the team that won World War II

The quality of this team resides in the fact that each member complements the other and each of them is a very brilliant, very courageous man.
They are so innovative, intelligent and experienced that they could have achieved Mission impossible; win two wars at the same time.
(Winning in the sense of extirpating the US military sent there by a President Bush Junior AKA the uber fool and leaving these countries with a moderate degree of stability

Criticizing without bringing a solution is easy, but I always bring a solution.
Here is your new dream team:

Secretary of State: (FOREIGN AFFAIRS) Robert Gates.
Secretary of War after he resigns from the Army: General Petreaus

Cent com (Central Commander) or general in charge of the region and the two wars: General Petreaus' choice.

Bring back in Afghanistan McChristal or one of his aides or disciples. (Odierno is not a good idea.)

You are continuing to fail the intelligent people in our country by accepting the political yoke the dirty politicians are imposing on us.

You were supposed to remove the yoke the dirty politicians are imposing on us, but unfortunately you are helping these unintelligent politicians fasten the yoke of servitude upon the Americans who have integrity and common sense.
More importantly on military matters you listened and bowed to the Washington Bureaucrats: Vice President Bidden, Secretary of State Clinton, Retired general James Johnes instead of listening to your extremely brilliant Secretary of defense Robert Gates who was opposed to the firing of General McChristal.

In addition, if for some reason General Petreaus becomes impaired or unavailable you have nobody who is able to lead the Afghan war. The day you chose Clinton and James Jones you built yourself a team of incompetent advisors.

After making these bad choices you are compounding them by listening to these people which is leading you to pile up one error on top of the other.

This is the first time since President Bush was inaugurated ten years ago that the USA is at its best in operations outside the USA.

Our country is at its best, showing great generosity and great efficiency in going into a horrible disaster in Haiti and rescuing thousands of people.

This is due to President Obama who immediately sent sufficient numbers of troops on a peaceful mission that will save lives and alleviate the nightmares and pain of hundreds of thousands of desperate people.

President Obama has made mistakes but thanks to him America is at its best in Haiti, the America we love, Very generous and extremely effective and the Haitians have realized it quickly and they are now chanting their praises for the USA.

They are right, As of today January 22nd 2010 (American relief effort only)
-- U.S. spending for relief in Haiti has hit $170 million (far more than any other country)
-- More than 700,000 meals delivered
-- 1.4 million bottles of water have been delivered,
-- 22,000 pounds of medical supplies delivered,

Is it enough? absolutely not because we are talking of a population in need of 3 000 000 people in a country where all Infrastructures, medical facilities, equipment and security were already a mess before the earthquake.

I am writing this article because a bunch of repugnant, ignorant idiots from the left are on the Internet insulting the actions of the USA, using hearsay and false representation of the situation, never verifying their sources and putting out exactly the kind of biased reports that are standard for Fox News. Of course like self anointed gurus they do not even have a clue of the History of endemic violence in Haiti before the earthquake ( murderous para governemental organization" Tontons Macoutes) violence as in Murder and rape was rampant before the earth quake (According to the UN, 50 per cent of young women in the violent shantytowns of Haiti have been raped or sexually assaulted - UN figures-) These violent behaviours of part of the Haitians population have been exacerbated by the earthquake and only the presence of well organized American troops prevented this horrible catastrophy in turning into a scene of Chaos and extreme violence.

Soiling the image of your nation when your nation is at his best can only be the work of disgusting human beings who are twin brothers of the Fox News anchormen as well as fans of Fidel Castro - Cuba- and Hugo Chavez - Venezuela-

If you cannot be proud of your country when your country the USA shines at its best please emigrates to Venezuela or Cuba. They love liars there. "Hope for Haiti Now," Anderson Cooper joins Wyclef Jean and George Clooney on Friday for a global telethon to air commercial-free across multiple networks and CNN. At 8 p.m. ET/PT Friday.

Port-au-Prince, Haiti (CNN) -- Aid is reaching earthquake-torn Haiti, but getting it to the people who need it remains a challenge.

Large quantities of medications, baby formula and other relief supplies are sitting on the tarmac and in warehouses at the Port-au-Prince airport, but no one is moving it out, according to CNN chief medical correspondent Sanjay Gupta.

"It's like everywhere we go, just walking through the airport, outside the airport even, people are saying, 'We need supplies,' " Gupta said.

Gupta found pallets of formula, pain medication and antibiotics standing unattended next to the runway.

U.S. military personnel in a warehouse tent at the airport gave Gupta a trash bag full of supplies to take back to a hospital he had visited earlier but couldn't explain why there seemed to be no organized system for distribution.

"There is stuff here waiting to be taken out, that's a true statement," said Air Force Col. Ben McMullen, deputy commander of the Joint Special Operations Air Component. "Is it a lot? I can't speak to it. I will tell you the reason you got it is that everyone on this side, specifically the U.S. government side, is dedicated to getting as much stuff outside as they can. ...

"It's a shame, because you would hope that everything could get out there within seconds. But that kind of infrastructure just isn't in place."

Over at the city's port, authorities pushing to clear bottlenecks hope to restore two-way traffic at the south pier sometime Friday. that rocked the impoverished nation on January 12 damaged its capital's north and south piers. Haitian authorities and the U.S. military had restored one-way traffic to the south pier, which is the smaller of the two

Port-au-Prince's north pier remains unusable.

The bottlenecks have delayed food and medical aid to the estimated 3 million Haitians who have been affected by the quake.

At least 72,000 people have been confirmed dead in the quake, according to Prime Minister Jean-Max Bellerive.

Canadian troops, meanwhile, were working to open an airport in Jacmel on Thursday, another step that could speed delivery of relief supplies. Jacmel, a seaside town about 25 miles (40 kilometers) from Port-au-Prince, is considered Haiti's cultural capital.

Delayed relief supplies have led to at least five deaths, according to the aid group Doctors Without Borders, also known as Médecins Sans Frontières.

Working under adverse conditions with limited supplies, medical teams have been forced to improvise.

Renzo Fricke, field coordinator for Doctors Without Borders, said staffers had to buy a saw in the market so surgeons could do amputations. A CNN crew loaned a medic a pocketknife for another operation.

Lacking rubbing alcohol, doctors have used vodka to sterilize equipment and instruments. Surgical patients are receiving over-the-counter pain medicine because doctors lack stronger medication. One nurse used a string of Christmas lights as a makeshift extension cord. CNN's Elizabeth Cohen saw a belt used as a tourniquet. When that broke, a garden hose was used.

U.S. officials have acknowledged that not all aid, particularly medical supplies, has been getting through fast enough. The situation is improving, however, they said.

That offered limited comfort to some Haitians.

Bellegarde had waited more than six hours outside a money-wiring branch. Businesses such as Western Union are starting to reopen and are attracting the longest and most visible lines in Haiti's capital, as quake survivors scramble for cash.

Sidewalks were crowded with street vendors and kiosks, and many small food stores were open. Dozens of stalls sold fruits and vegetables at a dusty market along a pocked and rut-filled dirt side street.

More than 300 aid distribution sites are up and running, a senior U.S. administration official said. More than 700,000 meals and 1.4 million bottles of water have been delivered, along with 22,000 pounds of medical supplies, said Lt. Gen. Douglas Fraser of the U.S. Southern Command.

About 120 to 140 flights a day are coming into the single-runway Port-au-Prince airport, compared with 25 a day just after the quake struck last week. More than 840 have landed since the airport was reopened, but there is a waiting list of 1,400 to come in, Fraser said.

To improve air traffic, the U.S. military said Wednesday it had obtained landing rights at the Dominican Republic's air base at San Isidro, about 135 miles (220 kilometers) east of Port-au-Prince.

We are in August 2008 barely more than 6 months after President Obama took office and the elements to have President Obama killed are being put in place by the leaders of the Republican Party.
The Moral Leaders of the Republican Party are Rush Limbaugh, Rupert Murdoch of the Fox News network aided by his henchmen Bill O' Reilly and Glen Beck. They are the moral leaders because the elected Republican leaders defer to them on moral issues
The elected Republican leaders including Vice President Cheney, Chairman Steel, Eric Cantor, Sarah Palin and others have praised Limbaugh and supported Rupert Murdoch‘s Fox News.

Here are the elements:

FIRST: The Birther theory is truly another way to express racism. The supporters of the Birther theory are simply put racists.
The Birther Theory which claims that President Obama was not born in the United States is false as his birth certificate on file in Honolulu proves it.
One of The most prominent birthers is Lou Dobbs of CNN . It is very easy to debunk his racist stance because on the other important debate on racism he was the first one who rejected during the Bush administration a set of immigration laws legalizing illegal immigrants. In reality he was rejecting people of colors: the Latinos. He was rejecting the Latino with such force that by himself he launched the racist anti immigration movement that defeated the path to legalization for illegal immigrant.
Birther theory is another name for racism. It is important that Americans realize that this “Birther Theory” is an attempt to bring down the President by triggering the vilest feeling in some American namely Racism which is also the most successful tools to arouse a crowd in the world and in the USA where we still live with the history of slavery.

The Birther theory affirms that President Obama‘s birthright is illegitimate, and consequently that he is guilty of the criminal act of falsifying a birth certificate in order to become President of the USA.

The leaders of the Republican Party have succeeded in CONVINCING 58% of the members of their party that President Obama is not a legitimate US Citizen thus not a legitimate President and that his actions are criminal. In other words tens of millions of Republicans believe in the falsehood supported by their leaders that President Obama is a criminal.

Almost nobody in the USA will be upset at the death of a criminal. The removal of a criminal is always a good thing for society most people think and the Republican leaders made this feeling of right and wrong one of the elements in their quest for the criminalization of President Obama.
This Birther Theory is a stroke of nauseating genius because it sets the mindset of millions of American to wish for and welcome the murder of the President of the USA.

SECOND, the organized violence in town hall meetings now being held by leaders of the Democratic Party
The violence organized by Republican Leaders disrupts peaceful town hall meetings. The violence began to be organized around the theme of “Birther” with Republicans participating in the meeting screaming, “I am American, I have a birth certificate to prove it. Obama is not American!”
The birther theory, a hidden identity for racism would not be efficient enough without organized verbal violence by the Republican leaders .
This seal of approval by the Republican leaders on organized violence around the country when Democrats hold town hall meetings shows that this necessary step towards physical violence is supported by them.
Everybody knows that before two people come to blows which is physical violence they start with yelling and screaming at each other. This is a necessary step which can in some cases will lead one of them to get a gun and kill the other.
Now that the Republican leaders ( thanks to the Birther-racist propaganda in town hall meeting) have established verbal violence as a standard, now in order to keep their members engaged with them they are using this behavior of hate towards any important project of President Obama such as Health care reform.
Organized verbal violence is a necessary and efficient step towards physical violence.

THIRD: Rush Limbaugh accusing Barack Obama of being a Nazi because " President Obama uses Nazi like policies" that is a direct quote from Rush Limbaugh; a few days after he was praised by Eric Cantor the second most powerful Republican Representative in the House in the Congress. Of course other Moral Republican leaders inside the Rupert Murdoch Fox news empire have supported the same vile smear.
Vilifying President Obama by Comparing him to a Nazi shows that crossing the line of sane thinking is amply authorized and reinforces the thought that not a more decent action than to kill a Nazi Also Known As President President Obama could be taken.

Bottom line: As a first step at least 20 million Americans have been lead to believe that President Obama is an illegitimate criminal, a black usurper.
The second step toward murder is also in place, and it is to whip up violent behaviors, and the third step, the final crucial touch is to make him a Nazi so that he will be such an abhorrent figure that it will be a good deed to assassinate him.

From this deadly combination not one but more that one assassin will rise to murder Barack Obama the President of the USA.

Never forget that Bill O’Reilly and Rush Limbaugh with the approval of some of the leadership of the Republican Party repeatedly accused Doctor Tiller of being a repugnant Killer and that he was murdered by one of their sympathizers, it was not an insolated incident; Doctor Tiller the abortion doctor was attacked more that once.

WHEN WILL PRESIDENT OBAMA BE KILLED?

If the Republicans leaders do not change their stance; attempts to kill him will be numerous and it is not a matter of if but when.

Republican leaders have been very prominent on the airwaves recently.
Their declarations help us re-discover what type of Americans they are and in what category of human beings they belong.

Three types of Republicans

CATEGORY ONE: The Republican elite, the most dangerous for the USA and the most dishonest.
The Republican elite support domestic terrorism, incitation to murder, rejection of the US Constitution which is the highest law of the land,
They are the main support group for domestic terrorism:
Constantly inciting their listeners to hate President Obama, doctors who perform legal abortions, all Muslims as well as all Democrats.
They are unequivocally engaged in inciting murders of law abiding citizens and their President. "More hate" is their motto

In addition they are constantly lying overtly by editing the words of President Obama.
There dishonestly is mind boggling, among their many lies they portrayed President Obama paying respect to the fallen American heroes of World War II on Day in Normandy as taking a sightseeing tour in France. There are no limits to their practices not even the respect owed to our fallen heroes.
They have absolutely no ethics because another of their main motto is: "The end justifies the means"
The welfare and good of the USA never was and never is their real goal, instead, hatred directed at other Americans as well as the selfish promotion of their own privileged elite is their burning deranged quest.
They are closely allied to the Religious right wing that falsely portrayed President Obama as a Muslim in effect designating him as a target to be killed by religious Christian extremists
Their names are Bill O Reilly, Sean Hannity, Dick Cheney, Karl Rove, Mitch McCallum, John Voight, Rush Limbaugh, Sarah Palin and the most responsible of all FOX Network e Rupert Murdoch

CATEGORY TWO: The Republicans American people were used to respect another type of Republicans: the loyal Republicans
These remarkable people always had the interest of the United States of America as their guiding principle and they always supported the US Constitution and international treaties signed by the USA as well as the rule of law in the land of the Free and the Brave.
In my opinion, these Republicans should not be called "moderates" but true Americans.
When you uphold the rule of law which is the duty of any American and when you reject the spreading of hate by right wing criminals you are a lot more than a moderate you are an honest American, you are loyal to the principle the United States of America was built upon.
They are not part of the new Republicans decision makers, let alone the new elite.
They are a disappearing breed, some of them have retired, some of them have changed allegiance but none of them are fans of the FOX, Limbaugh, and Cheney team of fascists.
They include those still registered as Republicans Senators Olympia Snow, Susan Collins, John Mc Cain, also Colin Powell, iformer Senator John Warner, President George Bush the Elder and Arnold Schwarzenegger.
Those who had to leave the Republican party under attack for being " moderate" are Arlen Specter and Michael Bloomberg.
One of the common threads that unites these so called moderates who I call honest Republicans is the hatred the right wing Republican elite spills on them.
All of the above Republicans or former Republicans have been insulted, trashed, threatened repeatedly by the Republican elite such as Rush Limbaugh and Vice President Dick Cheney;
Former Vice President Dick Cheney when asked to choose between Rush Limbaugh, a drug addict crossed with a dangerous clown and General Colin Powell an American hero who won the first Iraq war chose Rush Limbaugh. No further comments needed.
A ray of hope could come if these very honest Republicans could create a new Party: The Loyalist party.

CATEGORY THREE The Republican constituents:

The absolute constant that defines the view of the education system by the Republican leaders without any doubts is: Cut the funding for public education, dismantle public education, and suppress the power of the Secretary of Education.
The Republican leaders without flinching and among them Ronald Reagan one of the fiercest opponents of public educations have always waged a war against public education in a country where the goal of the founding fathers was to create and maintain equal access to public education. In today’s world where other leading nations have strong programs of public education wrecking the public education system is tantamount to intellectual mass suicide and this philosophy in the short term validates the taught credo of the Republican masses who believe in droves that education is not important because their leaders are constantly waging a war against funding education.
I feel free to criticize people without education because I have only a High School diploma, but I always cherished education. I am self taught and I am blessed not to have been fed the Republican propaganda against education.

The Republican leaders have deliberately created a crowd of uneducated voters.
It is extremely important for them to create such a crowd to be able to make this uneducated crowd gobble up all the lies the FOX network, Limbaugh, Cheney and their like are feeding this perfect audience of illiterate people.
The elite right wing Republicans are creating a crowd of uneducated people ready to be brain washed and controlled by them
Why?
The Republican elite choose under the guidance of Cheney, Limbaugh, Rupert Murdoch and his Fox network the path of violence and hatred towards their fellow Americans.
What is even scarier because they were and are absolutely wrong on all issues such as global warming, the economy, the respect of the US Constitution it is that they have no choice in order to win but to impose their deranged opinion by terrorism and violence in the constant tradition of fascist leaders.
Imposing your point of view by violence is Fascism.
I am not talking only about inciting their followers into murdering doctors I am talking about Bill O' Reilly launching, to harass her, a TV crew all the way to the home of a journalist who criticized him.
I am talking about Sarah Palin feeding hate against President Obama, I am talking about Dick cheney sponsoring torture in violation of the Geneva convention. I am talking about Rupert Murdoch labeling President Obama as having dangerous policies thus designing him a target to be killed as well as sponsoring multiple streams of hatred directed at decent Americans
Because anybody with a decent education would very easily debunk the layers upon layers of lies that the Republican right wing constantly feeds to its herd of uneducated sheeps.
In addition it is a lot easier to whip up ill informed and uneducated Republican sympathizers who have spent their lives being fed hatred by the Fox Network into a murderous rage.




The 2008-2009 Republicans leaders with their chief engineer FOX News Imperator Rupert Murdoch have built a pipe line of hatred and violence targeting their fellow Americans and their President.
The 2008-2009 Republican leaders have become a right wing fascist party, it is time the American people recognize it.

The first three weeks: January 21st 2009- February 6th 2009
Stimulus package presentation and Republican rebuke

1) President Obama's actions

Ten days into his term President Obama has shown that he is the great president this battered and diminished country direly needs.
His first acts were in accordance with the spirit of his campaign.

On his second day in office, January 22nd 2009 President Obama signed executive orders that will:
Close Guantanamo within a year and a half
Forbid the use of torture
Freeze pending military kangaroo court trials

In addition, in early February through memoranda President Obama:
Reversed President Bush’s denial of climate change.
Authorized states to adopt more stringent parameters on auto pollution.
Made respecting labor laws a priority for all contractors working with the government
With a couple of strokes of his pen he reignited our hopes.

His job approval is extremely high; 76% in the polls

MORE IMPORTANTLY HE SHOWED THAT HE HAS GREAT AMBITIONS FOR THE USA

Remember the USA is a very successful nation when spurred on by demanding and ambitious goals, and the following milestones can remind us of this reality:

The New Deal was a gigantic enterprise that responded to the Great Depression giving hopes and food to millions.
Winning world war one and world war two.
Building the largest transportation network of highways and freeways in the world in the 1950s.
Succeeding in sending manned space flight to the surface of moon.

Even more important is President Obama’s new rescue package designed to lift the USA from the abysmal state it was left in by the Bush Cheney Dictatorship.

PRESIDENT OBAMA IS USING THIS CRISIS TO CREATE THE NEW GREEN ECONOMY.

It is a gigantic project that could put the USA at the forefront of the economies of the future.

It will develop and build research centers and factories to build solar and wind power equipment, electric cars and planes and other technologies for sustainable life on planet earth and beyond.

This project will not create jobs overnight and Republican critics are pointing that out, but this project will insure that the USA will still be an important player in tomorrow's world.

In addition he is faithful to his campaign promises by allocating significant money to education which is the best assurance that the USA will continue to be a world leader.

2) Destroying President Obama and in the process any hope for you and me to have a better America

The initial amount of the President’s stimulus package was $825 billion. It was crafted and modified by the Democrats in the House of Representatives. The stimulus passed because the Democrats have the majority in the house.
When voted on, it was rejected by every Republican Representative.

This unanimous rejection speaks volumes because of the very fact that President Obama met with members of the leadership of the Republican Party in a bipartisan spirit in order to bring them on board.

Of course the Republicans justified their rejection by saying that there were too many provisions that did not stimulate the economy immediately. They had a point but a very minor one because the amount of money irrelevant to stimulating the economy is less than 10%.
Republicans as always have shown their great dishonesty by rejecting a plan that was providing 90% of the necessary stimulus.

The plan even when trimmed was rejected by all Republican Senators, after more trimming which took out some of President Obama's promises only 3 Republican Senators were inclined to vote in favor of the package.

Democrats Senators by trimming too much Obama’s plan to please the Republicans are reneging on their promises to bring education to those currently left behind as well as improving the overall level of education of the American people which is in a dismal state.

Democrats Senators also trimmed money for food stamps and money for unemployment benefits and so on.
What a shame!

Then Dick Cheney on a TV show on February 4th 2009 aggressed President Obama and the Democrats while lying again and again

His most dangerous lie is that attacking Iraq was a good decision and an important step in the fight against terrorism. In his last interview he declared to the American people that there will be another attack by terrorists on American people.
Dick Cheney is again rewriting history because every single organization that studies terrorism affirms without any doubt that the war against Iraq and the fact that it was based on lies and falsehoods has multiplied thanks to Dick Cheney and George W. Bush the number of terrorists bent on killing Americans by TEN FOLD as well as increasing by millions the number of inhabitants of the planet who hate Americans.

The negative attitude of the Republican leaders and Republican radio and television personalities is a mixture of profound hate, abysmal irresponsibility and the desire to destroy Obama even if it means destroying the USA.

Based on historical precedent all analysts without exception said that President Obama will be experiencing a honeymoon with the Republicans that would last 100 days. The Republicans did not even give the president of their own country 3 weeks before they began to try to destroy him.

On his Radio show Rush Limbaugh when Barack Obama was elected said and I quote, "I want him to fail!" He repeated it on any occasion when invited to appear on numerous TV shows.
However the chilling part for the future of the USA is that no Republican Senators or Representatives criticized him for wishing that the President of the USA fails thus making the USA fail. They are bent on creating more failure for their country after 8 years of horrendous failures by the Republican President George W. Bush.
Correction, one Republican and only one U.S. Rep. Phil Gingrey, a Georgia House Republican, expressed his disagreement with conservative radio commentator Rush Limbaugh on January 29th.
However on an interesting reversal Gingrey actually went on Limbaugh's radio show and apologized. "I regret those stupid comments,'' he said on the radio.
I repeat only one out of hundreds of Republican leaders criticized Rush Limbaugh for wishing that the President of the USA fails instead of succeeding in rescuing our country from the abyss President Bush, Vice President Cheney, Rupert Murdoch, Rush Limbaugh and their peers pushed it into and this lonely voice recanted.

In case it was not enough, Sean Hannity from Tabloid Fox News cable Network invited Rush Limbaugh to appear on his show and pushed him to chant his " I want him to fail " and never interrupted him when Rush Limbaugh went on explaining that President Obama would turn the USA into another Cuba, China or Communist Soviet Union.

These lies and ridiculous accusations are what makes reactionary members of the Republican Party enormously happy.

Their two Republican Heroes are:
Rush Limbaugh, a drug addict, a liar and a coward.
Sarah Palin a semi illiterate who uses a helicopter to butcher elks and during the recent campaign promoted abstinence to everybody even though her daughter became pregnant when she was unmarried and a teenager

You could ask me why I am so intense on raising the red flag to show how much hatred there is in the Republican Party directed at President Obama.

It is very simple:
President Obama will work hard to protect us from our foreign enemies and will try to improve the economy and there is nothing I can personally do to help him.
The Secret Service will try to prevent Obama from being killed , and there is nothing I can do to help them.

However I can try to help lessen and weaken the formidable witch hunt launched by the Republicans to ensure that the USA I believe in and President Obama hopes to preserve will fail.

I believe it is my duty, and I hope you will consider making it your duty too.

Together we must write, speak everywhere and publish on you tube to help protect President Obama from this merciless witch hunt so that he can keep our Democratic dreams alive.
