PART ONE: IMPEACHMENT as a tool to Rebuild the USA
IMPEACHMENT is not a goal; it is a necessary tool to restore America's credibility, soul and future.
Before George Bush became President the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA was the only country in the world that could show that DEMOCRACY as a system of government works better than any other.
Before George Bush when a little Arab asked his father a simple question: "Where does Coca- Cola come from?"
The answer was, "From the richest country in the world where you can write, discuss and express any opinion and the government will not imprison you without a fair trial, where all religions are equals, where freedom is cherished. It is a country whose leaders are not corrupt."
The little Arab would have been extremely impressed because in his or her country none of these freedoms or demonstrations of ethical conducts would have been available.
However if the same question was asked today under President Bush's leadership
The answer would be, "The Leaders of AMERICA are corrupt, they put their citizens in jail without a fair trial, they spy on their citizens and they engage in wars for prestige and oil lying to the entire world time and time again to justify unjustifiable wars that are killing thousands of Arabs.
Short of IMPEACHING the VP and the President there is no way the USA can regain the trust of people around the world.
If President Bush and VP Cheney are not IMPEACHED and condemned then the USA will be just another Banana Republic Dictatorship like those of the 1960's.
The Hallmark of a western democracy is that crimes by civil servants, police officers, Senators, Congressmen or Congresswomen do not go unpunished including the worst offense: Crimes against the Constitution.
The hallmark of Dictatorships is that the Dictators and their families, friends and aides commit crimes and continue to live happily ever after. Even this common practice has changed. Criminal dictators such as Slobodan Milosevic in Yugoslavia, Charles Taylor in Liberia and others have been indicted and convicted in part due to pressure and actions of the American Government.
Rebuilding the American Democracy destroyed by George Bush is a Gigantic task.
It is impossible to rebuild on a rotten Foundation.
The Criminals George Bush and Vice President Cheney along with their henchmen must not only be removed but sentenced to go to jail in order to show the world that the USA is still a beacon of freedom and justice.
Short of this necessary action to restore the United States as a vital Beacon of Democracy, violent extremist philosophies will be the only attractive alternative option for young people worldwide. Timid and sleepy Europe must be discounted as an inspiring alternative to the USA allowing thus BILLIONS OF YOUNG PEOPLE to be attracted to these violent religious movements.
It is thus necessary to IMPEACH President Bush and President Cheney.
PART TWO: Reclaim your rights in a Democracy: Demand a Meeting with your Representative.
In order to convince the Democratic leadership to be serious about IMPEACHMENT as an absolutely necessary tool to rebuild the USA we must organize the following network.
Each member of our group should ask his or her representatives in Congress for an appointment to meet and to explain in detail why IMPEACHMENT is so necessary to the rebuilding of the USA.
What is fascinating is that most American Citizens are begging without success for a meeting with their Congressman or Congresswoman.
IT SHOULD BE THE OTHER WAY AROUND.
Your Congressman or Congresswoman is YOUR REPRESENTATIVE and is a CONTRACTOR that YOU chose and that YOU pay in the same way you pay a lawyer to represent you in a lawsuit.
You would be furious if you could not have a meeting with your lawyer.
But you accept with resignation that your Representative does not want to meet with you.
American Citizens have accepted to become subservient beggars to their Representatives or Senators instead of demanding what are their rights: in short: a meeting with their Representatives.
You the Citizen should not need to have Lobbyists in Washington to be heard.
The reason there are districts, offices of your representative in your neighborhood IS FOR HER OR HIM TO HEAR YOU IN YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD. And not to pay a non elected Representative (also called Lobbyist) to go to Washington to talk to the Representative you elected and are paying too.
Why do you think Lobbyists are thriving? It is because your representative is a lot keener to talk to a Lobbyist who will bring him money than you the poor local bastard.
It has become absurd but most Americans Citizens have been molded into such political flakes that they do not even have the courage and self respect to ask their Congressman or Congresswoman for what is absolutely due to them and it is a Meeting with them in their own district - Neighborhood.
THIS IS A WORLD TURNED UPSIDE DOWN.
Reclaim Your DEMOCRACY: don't act like a Republican foot soldier who is happy to follow orders from their top dictatorial Leadership.
The districts where your Representative (and the worlds YOUR REPRESENTATIVE will never be emphasized enough) are relatively small so that he or she can listen to you.
In time of WAR it is even more important that he or she listens to you FACE to FACE.
YOU MUST BE HEARD: GO GET AN APPOINTMENT WITH YOUR REPRESENTATIVE.

IMPEACHMENT HAS BECOME A NECESSITY

Every week BUSH & CHENEY put another nail in the coffin of Democracy in the United States.
It is the 16th of July 2007 and in the last three weeks we have seen suffocating examples of the USA being turned into a Dictatorship.
Only a few months ago the majority of Democrats were surprised, sometime upset at my qualification of Bush's USA as a Dictatorship.
Today more are opening their eyes.
If you need more eye openers here is what has happened in the last three weeks:
Do you want the MAFIA code of Conduct to be the rule of the Country or the Constitution of the United States to be the rule of the Country?
In the tradition of the Mafia and Banana Republics as well as the most corrupt African regimes, President Bush commuted the sentence of a man who lied in order to protect his criminal boss Vice President Cheney. Scooter Libby was sentenced to three years in jail but he will never go to jail.
Tampering with and refusing to comply with judicial processes in order to protect the Vice President and President of the United States screams the news that the USA is not a Democracy anymore.
LYING to you about your health: Your life and well being are not worth a dime to the BUSH - CHENEY DICTATORSHIP:
Former Surgeon General Richard H. Carmona told a Congressional panel Tuesday that top Bush administration officials repeatedly tried to weaken or suppress important public health reports because of political considerations.
For years Bush and Cheney suppressed Dr. Carmona's release of a report that categorically proved second hand smoking caused health problems similar to those associated with smoking. Effects of secondary exposure to smoking include death from Cancer, heart attacks, aneurisms, etc...( Never forget that your life is not worth a dime for the Bush - Chaney administration when they want to please their rich and powerful friends - the Tobacco Industry - )
Dr. Carmona said he was ordered to mention President Bush three times on every page of speeches delivered as Surgeon General. He also said he was asked to support Republican political candidates and to attend political briefings. (Again these are the typical programs and policies of Banana Republics meant to glorify leaders who embody the cult of dictatorship, not the ideals and principles of democracy.)
When stem cells became a focus of debate, Dr. Carmona said he proposed that his office offer guidance so that the American people could have informed consent. Instead Dr. Carmona was told to stand down and not speak about informed consent. Any reference to it was removed from his speeches. The Bush administration rejected the advice of many top scientists on this subject, including that of the director of the National Institutes of Health, Dr. Elias Zerhouni.
Similarly, Dr. Carmona said he wanted to address the controversial topic of sexual education. He pointed out that scientific studies suggest that the most effective approach includes a discussion of contraceptives. However there was already a policy in place that only preached abstinence and did not want to address contraception. He felt this policy was scientifically incorrect.
Here is doctor Carmona's resume which speaks for itself.
Dr. Carmona, 57, served as Surgeon General of the United States for one four-year term, from 2002 to 2006, but was not asked to serve a second. Before being nominated, he was in the Army Special Forces, earned two purple hearts in the Vietnam War and was a trauma surgeon and leader of the Pima County, Ariz., SWAT team. He received a Bachelor's Degree, in biology and chemistry, in 1976 and his M.D. in 1979, both from the University of California, San Francisco.
In the tradition of the Bush Cheney Dictatorship where honest civil servants who tell the truth based on science are neither allowed or respected he was sacked at the end of his tenure.
The Bush Cheney Dictatorship is not wavering one bit from the Book of true Dictatorship and is instead continuing to bury the USA as a Democracy.

Does anybody in the USA remember that Democracy is the government of the People by the People?
WASHINGTON (AP) -- President Bush ordered his former White House counsel, Harriet Miers, to defy a congressional subpoena and refuse to testify Thursday before a House panel investigating U.S. attorney firings.
The USA is not obviously anymore the Government of the People by the People.
IMPEACHMENT IS THE ONLY SOLUTION WHEN FACED WITH THE THREAT REPRESENTED BY THE CURRENT DICTATORSHIP (AND THE PRESIDENT'S AND VICE PRESIDENT'S DISREGARD FOR CONSTITUTIONAL LAW AND ETHICS).
The powers of inquiry given to the Congress during the impeachment process will make it essential that all the people who refused to testify will be compelled to testify and many crimes will come to light directly or indirectly.

Dereliction of duty for the Congress

Dear fellow Patriots
When last assessed only 26% of people approved of what President Bush has done and is doing which is horrible and an indication of his ongoing failures. Guess who has an even lower job approval rating? The NEW CONGRESS with an approval rate of only 25%.
They deserve it!
They are idiots.
Why? Because they do not have A VISION and they took IMPEACHEMENT OFF THE TABLE
It is not my personal opinion; Everybody from the ForDemocracy Meetup group I met agrees.
Not only do they agree, but like the vast majority of Democrats they are ANGRY.
They are ANGRY that Democratic Leaders in Congress are dancing to the tunes of Karl Rove, Vice President Dick Cheney and President George Bush.
Example:
President George Bush said, "I will not accept a time table for withdrawal form Iraq."
The New Democratic Congress said, "YES MASTER."
Vice President Cheney told the Congress, "I will not obey the Constitution and disclose documents that the law requires me to disclose."
The New Democratic Congress asked and asked again and did not get cooperation and they are not getting any and the Vice President is spitting in their face.
Karl Rove violated the law when he bypassed White House computer servers and destroyed thousands of incriminating e-mails.
He participated in electing President Bush on a racist platform and he is not in jail yet.
However some of the Democratic Leaders are making an effort and should be praised. Senator Patrick Leahy and Congressman Henry Waxman FINALLY ARE ISSUING SUBPOENAS.
Today President Bush's White house and last week Vice President Cheney's office declared that they will not obey SUBPOENAS and turn over documents . They are also refusing to let Karl Rove, Alberto Gonzales, and Cheney's principals testify under oath in Congress. They also refuse to obey subpoenas specifically asking them to disclose information contained in crucial Documents related to their spying on you the American People.
By refusing to disclose their actions to the People in what should be a government of the People by the People President Bush and Vice President Cheney are engaged in criminal actions and are making a mockery of what was the Greatest Democracy on earth the United States of America.
We need a third peaceful American Revolution to restore the values established by the two previous revolutions based on the created by the crises of unwarranted war in Iraq and the folly of President Bush and his to reach the goal of a stronger and better United States.
We cannot rebuild a healthy and strong America on a rotten foundation constructed of lies, deceptions and crimes against the Constitution. We have to hold President Bush, Vice President Cheney, Karl Rove and their henchman accountable for their roles in building this criminal dictatorship.
We have to clean up the putrid environment their actions created by IMPEACHING PRESIDENT BUSH and VICE PRESIDENT CHENEY.
In addition voters should SUE them both and include Karl Rove.
President Bush was elected thanks to a racist campaign.
Vice President Cheney crafted the lies that led to disaster in the Iraq war.
Karl Rove is the master mind behind all the lies that allowed the President to rise to Power and to stay in Power.
Impeachment of the President and the Vice President in addition law suits brought in to courts of law are essential.
Once the criminals are punished it is extremely to Rebuild the USA.
It is important to Rescue the America we love, an America based on the Principles of the Founding fathers and Abraham Lincoln.
WE NEED A NEW REVOLUTION, A PEACEFUL ONE BUT A TRUE REVOLUTION THAT CONDEMNS AND BANISHES LIES and LIARS, BIGOTRY and BIGOTS, RACISM and RACISTS, MERCHANTS of the TEMPLE and Worshipers of the GOLDEN CALF.
Members of the New Revolution must take an OATH to uphold the Constitution and never debase it.
In this New Revolution Congressmen and Congresswomen of all parties must listen to the voters in States and Districts they represent instead of only listening to pressure groups that have money to send permanent hallway leaches to lobby their interests in Congress and bypass and nullify the vision, requests and needs of their constituents.
The mission or mandate of a Congressman or Congresswoman is to uniquely represent and serve the wishes of their home constituencies in Washington and not to only listen to People in the Washington establishment.
PRESIDENT BUSH AND VICE PRESIDENT CHENEY CREATED A DICTATORSHIP, A TYRANNY AND THEY DESTROYED THE USA WE LOVE.
It is CRUCIAL THAT AMERICANS understand that from 2001 to the 2006 they have not been living in a Democracy but in a DICTATORSHIP.
All power was concentrated in one party the Republican Party and its criminal leadership: BUSH, CHENEY, and ROVE.
Attorney General Alberto Gonzales did not administer the JUSTICE DEPARTMEN; he turned it into THE PROPAGANDA Ministry for the Republican Party.
In addition the last resort for Citizens, THE SUPREME COURT has been designed by President Bush to act as a RUBBER STAMP FOR HIS CRIMES AGAINST THE CONSTITUTION.
On June 28, 2007 in a comment after the White house refusal to comply with the Supbpoenas one week before the celebration Independance day on the 4th of July, John Cornyn a REPUBLICAN Senator stated that we should LET THE COURTS DECIDE because he knows as everybody should that the SUPREM COURT is a rubber stamp for the BUSH Republican Dictatorship. . This last statement by a Republican Senator clearly reveals that even with a Democratic Congress the USA is not a Democracy again because the SUPREME COURT will obey President Bush and side with his Tyrannic ruling. His court appointments and abuse of executive power are nullifying the system of checks and balances that provide a secure base for American Democracy.
Laws and Congressional actions meant to protect and rebuild America do not please President George Bush, the Dictator. It is time for a REVOLUTION
WE NEED THE NEW AMERICAN REVOLUTION TO HELP US RECOVER FROM 6 YEARS OF DICTATORSHIP.
We need the THIRD AMERICAN REVOLUTION to be a peaceful one that does not violate the laws of the United States.
The USA under President Bush has sunk so low that only a peaceful but complete Revolution that will rebuild the VALUES ESTABLISHED BY THE FOUNDING FATHERS AND ABRAHAM LINCOLN IN THE CONSTITUTION.
The preamble of all actions is to declare that the USA was NOT A DEMOCRACY but a DICTATORSHIP from 2001 to 2006.
It is of paramount importance to acknowledge this fact.
The necessary first step is Impeachment of Bush and Cheney, and suits against Bush, Cheney, Rove and their co-conspirators to prevent them from continuing to attack the Constitution.
The second step is to elect a 64% majority of Democrats in the Congress in order to implement the Third American Revolution and prevent any future President from running amuck like Bush did.
The third step is to add a Referendum with the capacity to empower the citizens of the United States so that they can recall Presidents and Vice Presidents or declare or end wars in the future, in short to allow DIRECT DEMOCRACY on crucial matters in exceptional circumstances.
The fourth step is to impeach any Supreme Court Judges who acted as rubber stamps for the Dictator George Bush
Returning to the values cherished by American Citizens as they were defined by the Founding Fathers and Abraham Lincoln will rebuild an ethical universe which is absent in the American landscape.
Instead of following contemporary religious leaders who are racists, liars, cheats and bigots such as Pat Robertson why not follow the examples and values of great Americans from the past like George Washington and Abraham Lincoln.
The first two Revolutions were wars.
The war of independence was the First American revolution and it gave freedom and equal status to rich white males.
The War of Secession or the Civil War gave Freedom and a hope for equality to the African Americans and it was the Second American Revolution.
We need the third American Revolution to restore the values established by the first two Revolutions, but it must be a peaceful one using the crises created by the unwarranted war in Iraq and the folly of President Bush and his henchmen as catalysts to rebuild America better and stronger.
American women should lead this New Revolution because they were the last Americans given the right to vote and are the obvious losers under the Bush bigot dictatorship.

Absolving S cooter Libby's crime

Just when you might have thought that the Dictators: Vice President Dick Cheney and President Bush could not have more utterly unflinching contempt for American Democracy they again showed us that in their hands the United States of America is not a Democracy anymore but a Dictatorship.
President Bush overturned the decision made by a Republican Judge to send Mr. Scooter Libby, a former senior aide to the Vice President, to jail. Scooter Libby was convicted of obstruction of justice and lying to the court. The President commuted the sentence because in his words "it was too harsh a punishment."
The reason strong punishment must be imposed on somebody who lies to the court is because by lying he does obstruct Justice by preventing the Jury from knowledge based on the truth so that they can render an informed and accurate verdict. Lying under oath makes the justice system of the USA totally irrelevant and this mockery of the system of American Justice shows a complete contempt for Democracy, any and all Democracies.
The USA after becoming a Dictatorship is now A CORRUPT DICTATORSHIP.
Scooter Libby lied to protect his boss Vice President Cheney who betrayed one of the CIA's operatives Valerie Plane.
Then his boss Vice President Cheney in the infamous and criminal tradition of the Mafia asked his accomplice in crimes President Bush to sign a break out of Jail paper.
Scooter Libby protected his former Bosses by taking a fall on their behalf. In the great tradition of the Mafia's corrupted ways Scooter will be rewarded by his Bosses and not serve the two and a half years sentence a Republican Judge and a Jury of his peers condemned him to.
In a sad ironical twist, President Bush is by far the American President who has pronounced the word Democracy more often than any American President in History. He has hailed and promoted Democracy in Iraq by violence.
In another sad Ironical twist, Iraqi leaders are using the same type of corruption President Bush did. Captains, Colonels, high ranking civil servants demoted or on their way to jail are discreetly pardoned and reinstated by the Iraqi Prime minister and his top ranking friends.
President Bush, Vice President Cheney and the Republicans are showing American citizens and the entire world that lying under oath, making a mockery of the Justice system and using corruption as a tool for governing is the American way.
That was done on the SECOND OF JULY two days before the Anniversary of the day America started to fight to become the greatest Democracy on earth.

NANCY PELOSI: THE ULTIMATE TRAITOR.

Most Americans believe that President Bush is the worst US President of all times and they are right. A majority of these citizens placed hope in Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi.
Nancy Pelosi is today the most powerful person on earth, far more powerful than President Bush, for the simple reason that she has the power to fire him.
Most importantly, however, she is the ULTIMATE GUARDIAN OF THE US CONSTITUTION.
Why?
Because she is the only American who has the power to impeach and thus remove President Bush, whose crimes against the Constitution which includes spying on the American People, nullifying the separation of Church and State as well as using tools of racism for his election , and other criminal acts--are numerous and extremely well documented.
Once impeached, along with Vice President Cheney, there is not the slightest doubt that President Bush will be condemned, and removed from office. Of even greater significance, all his crimes, as well as those of Dick Cheney, will be exposed in detail, providing the following lesson for future generations: electing and keeping a dictator in office is the most absolute betrayal of the American spirit and soul,
The potential educational impact of impeaching George Bush is enormous.
The ethical impact of impeaching George Bush is gigantic.
IMPEACHMENT and only IMPEACHMENT can rebuild the foundations of the United States of America.
Without IMPEACHING President Bush we are worse than a banana republic because they have improved and condemned their dictators.
However Nancy Pelosi has chosen to reject the duty that the Constitution imposes on her: when a dictator rises, the Speaker of the house ( Nancy Pelosi) must start IMPEACHMENT proceedings, consequently giving Congress the power to remove him.
Nancy Pelosi is the ULTIMATE TRAITOR.
She has betrayed not only the US CONSTITUTION, but also the AMERICAN PEOPLE as well as the SOUL and ETHICS of the greatest nation on earth: the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
The UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is not the GREATEST NATION ON EARTH because of its wealth and power, the USA is the greatest nation on earth because at least three times in the last century these wonderful Americans have liberated the Western world (and many other nations) from tyranny.
Americans fought in World War I, World War II and the Cold War, putting an end to Prussian military dictatorship, Hitler's fascism and Stalin's criminal form of Communism.
Each time it was done by a very ethical man leading a very ethical country with a very ethical people ; the Americans.
President Woodrow Wilson, President Franklin Roosevelt, President Ronald Reagan each played their role.
Each time Americans took the high road that led to liberation.
When the Americans take the low, criminal road you have Richard Nixon, George Bush and Dick Cheney hurling this great nation into the Abyss. Your children and grandchildren will suffer and pay the price for the crimes committed by George Bush.
Nancy Pelosi was the only rampart against George Bush and Dick Cheney's dictatorship and she has the power to liberate the American people, but instead she has apparently decided to become the accomplice of a criminal - President George Bush-.
She was the last hope for a vast majority of Americans who believe that the American People can become a great people again instead of being sheep to be fleeced and lied to by the likes of Enron and Halliburton, Cheney and Bush.
In addition: failing to impeach President Bush also fails to expose all the crimes committed by the Republican leaders, which will leave the next President in an extreme state of weakness at the mercy of the right wing extremists who today are protected by President Bush.
Many analysts tried to understand such an incomprehensible behavior.
Here is my personal analysis:
First: She must be without any doubt as inept as President Bush: Two weak brains under two different political labels. Each of them being, as all weak brains are, partly manipulated by their entourage, and loving it.
Second: Instead of being the sacred heritage of the Founding Fathers, the concept of Democracy is for Nancy Pelosi, as for President Bush, a vague but quite cute notion to be tailored, molded, stretched and skewed to fit for convenience any ambitious power grab. More precisely in November 2007 now that most Americans give a 30% approval rating for President Bush and 20% approval rating for Nancy Pelosi's Congress, it is more about staying in power using defensive tactics, which amounts to being in bed with the evil forces of dictatorship.
In addition in the same way President Bush is totally sheltered from his critics, Nancy Pelosi, who once was happy to receive Cyndi Sheehan and the leaders of the group Code Pink, now appears to be the willing supporter of George Bush and currently refuses to meet with Code Pink and Cindy Sheehan.
Third: Very importantly: She is protecting her fortune. She is doing the bidding of her husband, a rich businessman, who like all businessmen is always against rocking the boat from which he is making millions of dollars.
Is Nancy Pelosi conscious that she is being manipulated by her husband in the same way President Bush was manipulated by Vice President Cheney ? Or is she fully, consciously, a supporter of the establishment and the money grabbing Bush-Cheney cabal?
History will tell us.
But even in the best-case scenario she is a not very smart if she is being manipulated by her husband and at her level of responsibility it is a crime to be that inept.
If she is conscious that she is protecting her and her husband's investments by not rocking the boat owned by President Bush the dictator she is as criminal as he is.
She has to be replaced or her co-leaders must open her eyes.
It is time to expose Nancy Pelosi's protection of President Bush.

THE RULES OF IMPEACHMENT

The leaders of the Democratic party Such as Senator Feinstein AKA -the flake- have complained that there is not much they can do to stop the war in Iraq because they do not have a sufficient Majority in the Senate to win a vote.
The Solution is IMPEACHMENT where the HOUSE rules supreme.
After the IMPEACHMENT process by the HOUSE there will be so many PROOFS of CRIMINALS ACTIONS by President Bush and President CHENEY that convicting them will be a formality;
IMPEACHMENT is a trial where many many witnesses and guilty parties give sworn testimony in front of the Congress thus unveiling the myriads of crimes committed by the Bush Cheney administration in their successful quest for tyranny
Here is how the US Constitution sets the Rules for IMPEACHMENT.
Remember the Democrats have a LARGE Majority in the House and IMPEACHMENT could start TOMORROW

THE HOUSE ROLE
---Article I, Section 2 of the Constitution of the United States grants the House of Representatives "the sole power of impeachment."
---Although the Constitution does not elaborate on impeachment procedures, the established House practice is to begin with a resolution authorizing the Judiciary Committee to investigate the charges brought forth.
---The House Judiciary Committee then holds hearings and investigates the charges.
--- If the Judiciary Committee's findings support the charges, it issues an impeachment resolution, which include Articles of Impeachment, to the full House. If the committee believes impeachment is unwarranted, it issues such a resolution to the full House.
---The resolution then goes to House floor for consideration. If the House adopts any one of the Articles of Impeachment by a simple majority vote, the official is considered impeached and the matter goes to the Senate for trial.
SENATE ROLE
---The full Senate will act as the jury and convict or not the President and the Vice President of High Crimes and misdemeanors or Treason and then if guilty remove them from office.

SEVEN ARTICLES OF IMPEACHMENT:
The first and most sacred duty of the people's representatives when they are leaders of a democracy is to fight against the establishment of a dictatorship with all their might, power, passion, mind and soul.
The greatest democracy on earth is the United States of America, whose people time and time again have fought to uphold democracies around the world.
Great men, all liberals and progressives: the Founding Fathers, President Woodrow Wilson and President Roosevelt overcame tyranny that was threatening the free world.
Another great man freed the USA from the worst kind of dictatorship, slavery, his name is Abraham Lincoln - another liberal.
Today we have microscopic men and women, all inept and addicted to the gods of special interest??
A simple reading of the numerous breaches of the Constitution by President Bush is enough to impeach at least 7 Presidents.
NEVER in the history of the USA has there EVER been so many causes for Impeachment of a President. Nor have there ever been so many in Congress who have betrayed their absolute duty to impeach a President. The news media collude in this breach of responsibility by sweeping impeachment under the rug.
I believe that reading the well-known and well-reported list of crimes against the Constitution of the USA perpetrated by President Bush will be enough to convince you.
ARTICLE 1
Breach of the Fourth Amendment by President Bush:
President Bush did exactly what the Fourth amendment prohibits, which is spying on any American, inside or outside the USA. In addition President Bush did not even bother to ask for a warrant, which is the only protection against tyranny for citizens and is written into the law of the land.
Time and again, President Bush ordered the collection and reading of mail and emails as well as tapping millions of telephone conversations. President Bush did not only breach the Fourth amendment in general: he ruled to discard almost each and every word in the amendment. In addition he breached the FISA act: a law that regulated the same excesses that occurred during the Nixon administration.
Amendment IV.
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
ARTICLE 2
Breach of the Fifth Amendment by President Bush:
President Bush literally imprisoned an American in a dungeon, Jose Padilla , as well as others, for months without giving any prisoner access to a lawyer or communication with the outside world. These prisoners were further prevented from benefiting from the due process of law for many years by the invented terminology of "enemy combatant'. This designation, a gross distortion of the justice system, went on for years until the Supreme Court intervened and forced upon George Bush the due process of law for Americans. In addition, on an American military base, was placed the now infamous Guantanamo prison. Here every prisoner was named " an enemy combatant" and these prisoners were denied even a token of the due process of law.
Amendment V:
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
ARTICLE 3
Breach of the Sixth Amendment by President Bush:
This article is even more pertinent to the detentions in Guantanamo, where detainees were named "enemy combatants". These prisoners were, for years, denied almost every right contained in the Sixth Amendment, including of course " the right for a speedy trial ... and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation, to be confronted with the witnesses against him: to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense."
Amendment VI:
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defense.
ARTICLE 4
Breach of the Seventh Amendment by President Bush:
President Bush continued to be in breach of the Constitution by denying the right of trial by jury to any detainee on American soil or American Military bases; instead he created bogus Kangaroo court called military court with no jury and where the defendant did not have access to the charges against him. Almost unbelievable but true.
Amendment VII:
In - Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.
ARTICLE 5
Breach of the Eighth Amendment by President Bush:
Torture such as water boarding is cruel and unusual punishment.
Amendment VIII:
Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.
ARTICLE 6
Breach of the First Amendment:
Creation by the White House of the Office of Faith Based Initiative.
Breach number ONE: The President has absolutely no authority to order or enact any action that would address religion. That is the exclusive power of Congress.
Breach number TWO: Consequently no President can create an office for the propagation of any religion.
Amendment I:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof
-------There is another law almost as sacred as the US Constitution and it is the Geneva Convention, which has saved from torture many soldiers including American soldiers in the previous wars
ARTICLE 7
- Endangering US soldiers.
. Geneva Convention
The USA is a signatory of the Geneva Convention, which prohibits torture. This agreement benefits soldiers of all nations that have signed the Geneva Convention, including US soldiers.
Torture is explicitly banned by the Geneva Convention, but President Bush supported Vice President Cheney and Attorney General Alberto Gonzales all of whom openly advocated torture - including water boarding. one of the most infamous forms of torture once used by Hitler's Nazi Third Reich.
This breach of the Convention has increased the danger of torture for American soldiers if they are taken prisoner.
In Conclusion
NOT IMPEACHING GEORGE BUSH SENDS THE SIGNAL THAT, IN THE USA, BEING A CRIMINAL IS PERFECTLY ALL RIGHT AS LONG AS YOU ARE A MEMBER OF THE POLITICAL RICH AND POWERFUL ELITE.IN OTHER WORDS A KING OR A QUEEN OR A DICTATOR WITH THEIR FOLLOWERS SUCH AS -MY KING GOT ME OUT OF JAIL SCOOTER LIBBY-
These types of outrageous, morally unjustifiable and constitutionally unsupported actions give the USA the appearance of a banana republic dictatorship.
The Leader of Congress, the people's highest representative is Nancy Pelosi, the Speaker of the House. She has failed, in an abominable manner, to combat the Bush - Cheney dictatorship by refusing to impeach them and thus restore democracy, which was supposed to be the hallmark of the USA. I was one of her staunch supporters but not anymore and I beg American women to put their support of the USA before support of their gender
She is the only one that has the power to impeach him and that is the bottom line.
She is the only one standing in the path of impeaching George Bush.
The Founding Fathers knew that the risk of tyranny and dictatorship would always be a menace to the government "of the people by the people." The Founding Fathers included in addition of the articles of impeachment, he Bill of Rights, which is an intrinsic part of the US Constitution.
President Bush could not have established a dictatorship without breaching many of the amendments to the Constitution of the United States of America.
He did it, he breached many amendments of the Constitution, and it has been widely reported and publicized. The simple reading of the numerous breaches of the Constitution by President Bush is enough to Impeach 7 Presidents at least but thanks to Nancy Pelosi, who's apparently driving the getaway car, he's getting a free path out of jail in the company of Dick Cheney his accomplice in these capital crimes. Compare these dangerous actions that imperil our liberty, to Bill Clinton's impeachment because he lied about fooling around with a White House intern
. This signals is that the Republican are so strong that they can impeach on a dishonest reading of the Constitution, we Democrats are so weak and stupid that we cannot impeach on solid well-publicized and well-documented criminal violations of the Constitution. Nancy Pelosi is failing the people by failing to remove the dictator George Bush when she has the power to do so.
